Past Life Regression (Hypnotherapy) Session

This type of Hypnotherapy can create powerful transformations, and is based on the Rapid Transformation Therapy – although we focus on reviewing ‘past life’ lessons and uncover any unresolved beliefs, memories and emotions, while being open to spirituality and intuition.

RTT is combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can help guide you through your subconscious mind to beliefs and how you came to have these beliefs. Knowledge is Power because once you know it, you can change it! Information is available on the main RTT/Hypnotherapy page.

Typically only takes 1-3 sessions per challenge or change you’re wanting to make.

Maximum frequency is one session per month.

Initially, you’re encouraged to start with Coaching sessions – discount applied if you’re a coaching client.

So what’s the difference between coaching and hypnotherapy?

• Hypnotherapy helps you access your subconscious to mind to make changes to the unhelpful programming you experienced during childhood and early adolescence. When we’re subjected to any form of abuse or experience trauma, our mind decides to protect us from ever suffering that again. This can create beliefs to help protect us at the time, then become limiting in adulthood, when we’re wanting to pursue our dreams.
• Monthly coaching allows the conscious mind to plan for the future and take action.
